Free pickup — how it works

If the car is drivable (or safely rollable), we can collect it from Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, Saratoga, Cambrian and nearby neighborhoods and bring it to our Campbell shop. When the repair is done we can return it the same way. Call (408) 377-0505 during Mon–Fri 8 AM–5 PM to schedule.

When you need a tow instead

Our towing partner is Dick’s Community Towing in Campbell. We are not a 24-hour towing service. After-hours roadside help should go through your insurer’s roadside program or a local tow you trust; we pick up the repair once the car is somewhere we can reach during shop hours. Hillside and HOA access notes

Los Gatos hillside streets and HOA guest-parking rules are common. Tell us about narrow drives, overnight street bans, or a car that cannot sit outside — we plan pickup around those constraints. Highway 17 and Lexington corridor crashes often start with a tow yard; call us with the yard info and claim number.

After pickup — rentals

We help arrange a rental while your car is in the shop. Mention it when you schedule pickup or on the photo estimate form.
